Year End Statistics for the Northern WI Counties of Vilas and Oneida and the surrounding Eagle River Wi area!
This is the time of year we can take a moment to look back and see how 2012 did in comparison to the years before!
I LOVE this stuff and over the next few weeks/months I will probably break down many different segments of theEAGLE RIVER WI real estate market servicing Vilas and Oneida Counties and the surrounding areas including: St Germain WI, Three Lakes WI, Sugar Camp WI, Conover WI, Land O Lakes WI, and Phelps WI. I love dissecting what changes we saw so we can look forward as to what trends might be coming our way!

Now for some Numbers about the Vilas and Oneida County markets in beautiful Northern WI!
Overall the Greater Northwoods MLS saw an increase this year in BOTH sales volume AND unit sales total! Good News!
- 2012 the MLS overall sold $389,121,624
- 2011 the MLS overall sold $304,440,375.
- Total Sales in Oneida and Vilas County in 2011 were about $194,067,214 Total Units in 2011 were 1118 and the average sales price was $173,584. This is EVERYTHING no breakdown but everything non commercial sold in 2011.
- Total Sales in Oneida and Vilas County in 2012 were about $256,855,323 Total Units in 2012 were 1422 and the average sales price was $180,629.. This is EVERYTHING no breakdown but everything non commercial sold in 2012
- In Vilas County WI in 2012 : 470 home type units sold ( homes, Condo's, town homes, duplexes...) for an average sales price of $230,677. VERSUS in 2011 where Vilas county sold 402 of those same units with an average sales price of $221,143. So Units here were up and Price was up.
- In Oneida County WI in 2012 : 604 home type units sold ( homes, Condo's, town homes, duplexes...) for an average sales price of $190,754. VERSUS in 2011 where Oneida county sold 422 of those same units with an average sales price of $190,164. So Units here were up and Price was up too in this market segment as well!
- In Vilas County WI in 2012 : 158 vacant land units sold for an average sales price of $99,972. VERSUS in 2011 where Vilas county sold 106 of those same units with an average sales price of $59,289.
- In Oneida County WI in 2012 : 180 vacant land units sold for an average sales price of $86,211. VERSUS in 2011 where Oneida county sold 136 of those same units with an average sales price of $76,973.
- IN this market segment total units in 2010 were 358, in 2011 they were 338 and in 2012 we saw TOTAL UNIT SALES of 426.
- Total VOLUME in 2010 was $60,730,902, in 2011 total VOLUME was $64,353,868 and 2012 saw a TOTAL VOLUME of $78,046,643 which is actually about 20% of the entire MLS volume.
