I have been selling real estate now for almost 10 years and I am so excited because this past year I obtained my Broker's license adn opened a Re/Max franchise in Eagle River WI with a partner who is also a top producer! I feel as if I have fallen into my niche in life.  Seldom have I had the ability to learn , literally, something new every day and enjoy it.  I have a background in Social Work, and knew that I needed to be working with people and this profession has allowed me to do exactly that. I moved  to the Northwoods which I was familiar with from my summers as a kid ,after my husband Andres and I had our first child.  My husband and I wanted a place similar to where I grew up in Southern Wisconsin to raise our family and we chose Eagle River.  After working for a not for profit mental health association for 5 years in Atlanta, GA.  I decided to try and find employment in the Northwoods. I found nothing that compared to what I had done before so I decided to look for alternate ideas. Real Estate happened upon me and I find it be the perfect blend of matching peoples dreams with reality.  I treasure the summers I spent in the Northwoods and I am so blessed to be able to help people find their place to begin to create those same type of memories. Since getting licensed in Wisconsin I have gone on to get licensed in Michigan and I continue to educate myself.  I recently became a member of the Graduate of Realtors Institute (GRI) and I am actively pursuing my Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) designation. I recently completed several staging courses and look forward to expanding my resume further.  I believe that "Greater Service Equals Greater Results" and in today's market the more I can provide specialized services the better, I believe, I will be.

I work with Vacation Home Buyer's, First Time Home Buyer's, Investors, and do sell some Business and/or Commercial Real Estate. I am a believer in Buyer's Agency so often recommend working as a Buyer's agent for those unfamiliar with our community. I am also licensed in Michigan so I do sell and list properties in Michigan"s UP. I am a Graduate of the Realtor Institute and a member of the Council of Residential Specialists stillworking on getting my designation.  I recently took a Certified Home Marketing Specialists course so I have begun to become specialized in staging.

It has been a pleasure working with you for the past few years. At some point you must have wondered if we would ever find anything that we liked and could afford. It has been said that you don't know what you have until it is gone.  We feel as though that is the case with you. Even though we were completely satisfied with you as an agent we decided to switch our listing wo another agent/company.  It was at that point that we began to realize what we took for granted with you. The new agent count not match your level of service, ingenuity, follow-up and desire to sell our home.  Looking back, the one decision that we regret was not continuing to list our home with you. We would have preferred that you were rewarded for the time and effort that you put into selling our home. 

Our decision to continue to use you as our buying agent was a good one. Thank you for all of your help with what turned out to be quite an involved process. It seems surreal that we actually own the lot now.  Ground will be broken on our dream vacation home in the next week or two. We are very excited to get that process going! The house should be completed by late spring of next year.
